Truly integrating an online and personal service is my main objective. I understand how busy people are. Being able to access information and complete certain tasks is often difficult during normal office hours.
Providing a portal means greater transparency allowing 24/7 access to information for all parties, whether they be vendors and buyers or landlords and tenants.
Katie also understands that not all things can be dealt with online. Personal attention to detail and a friendly and approachable person to talk to, offering sound and knowledgeable advice is equally important.
Katie has a wealth of six years of experience in the property market and has worked for two of Swansea’s biggest estate agents in a variety of roles. She has applied all of her knowledge and expertise to found a truly innovative estate agency that she is extremely passionate about.
